1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZipPDF, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, TechieHit Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use ZipPDF for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or creating derivative works based on the App
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Distributing, sublicensing, or reselling the App to any third party
• Using the App as part of a commercial service without prior written authorization from TechieHit Solutions

3. App Usage

ZipPDF is designed for compressing PDF files on Android devices. You may use the App to compress PDF files you own or have the right to process. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data through or in connection with the App
• Use the App to process files that violate third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The PDF files you choose to process using the App
• Maintaining backups of your original files before compression
• Ensuring you have the right to process the files you compress
• The secure storage of your device and the files contained on it

TechieHit Solutions is not responsible for any loss of data, corruption, or quality reduction resulting from compression operations performed by the App.

5. Intellectual Property

ZipPDF and all related intellectual property rights are owned exclusively by TechieHit Solutions. The App name, logo, design, user interface, and underlying code are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our trademarks, branding, or any other intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZipPDF is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any errors in the App will be corrected
• The App will be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components
• Any specific compression ratios, quality levels, or results will be achieved

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechieHit Solutions and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill
• Any damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, ZipPDF
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your files or data

The above limitations apply even if TechieHit Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App — which is zero, as ZipPDF is provided free of charge.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ZipPDF at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• You must immediately cease all use of the App
• You must delete the App from your device
• All licenses granted under these Terms will immediately terminate

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall survive.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you through the App or via email if we have your contact information. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ZipPDF shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
